Hotel Gym Circuit

Hitting the road this summer? Take a mini-STRIDE circuit with you! This no-weights-needed circuit from STRIDE head coach Leanne Pedante can be done anywhere.

STRIDE's Hotel Gym Circuit
5 minutes ::: run, adding speed or incline every 60 seconds
30 sec ::: sumo squats (optionally add weight)
30 sec ::: sumo hops
30 sec ::: sumo squat thrust (1 or 2 arm)
30 sec ::: pike to push-up
30 sec ::: low boat / v-up to squat jump, or modify by doing v-up to stand
Rest 60 sec between sets and repeat 3-4x. Finish with a 60 second Level 4 sprint!
