Pace & Press
This 55-minute cardio and strength training format combines heart-pounding cardio intervals with total body strength work to improve your power and speed.

Glutes & Gains
Build strength where it matters most. This class targets glute power and midline stability, the foundation of athletic movement. Whether you’re running, lifting, or just leveling up, this session helps you move stronger, more efficiently, and with purpose.

Pull & Press
A balanced upper-body strength session built around push and pull mechanics. Expect structured supersets that train your shoulders, chest, and back while reinforcing posture and core control.

Full Force
Every major muscle group in one high-impact session. Full Force is designed to challenge strength, endurance, and total-body control through dynamic compound movements.

The Classic
55 minutes, all tread! Expect interval-based running that builds stamina, improves heart health, and leaves you more energized with every stride.
